Exhibitors Welcome

Tentative Program

Exhibitor Registration Form

February 2009

The Michigan Chapter of the American College of Physicians is planning its annual Chapter Scientific Meeting to be held September 25-27, 2009 at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Acme, MI. We would like to invite your company to participate in our meeting as an exhibitor and/or by sponsoring a speaker or one of our catering functions through an educational grant. Approximately 400 Michigan-based physicians and trainees attended our 2008 meeting, and we anticipate a similar number of participants this year.

We are planning medical updates on cardiology and nephrology. We also have a session on Hospital-based medicine.

The fee for exhibit space in 2009 is $1000 for one 8' x 10' booth for pharmaceutical/technology/ recruiting companies and $100 for non-profits.  The exhibits will be in the exhibit hall at the hotel and on the same floor as most of our meeting rooms. You will share space with the educational poster presentations, which should ensure a good flow of traffic. In addition, our morning and afternoon breaks will be placed in the exhibit area.

It is recommended that the Exhibit Registration Form be returned as soon as possible with your check payable to the Michigan Chapter, American College of Physicians (MI-ACP) to secure your exhibit space.  All monies must be received by August 15, 2009 to guarantee booth space.

If you have any questions or suggestions regarding sponsorship opportunities, please contact the chapter office at 517 353-9548 and Marty Muth (muthm@msu.edu) our administrative assistant, will be happy to assist you.

We look forward to serving you and seeing you at our meeting in September.  Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions and thank you in advance for your participation in this year's program.

Sincerely,

Ruth B. Hoppe, MD, FACP
